At Pretavoir, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if you are not, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all frames are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer packaging and security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the eyewear securely inside its original designer case and box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and cleaning cloths are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid or standard return label from the portal and attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your proof of postage until our team confirms receipt and processes your refund.
